Quinctia I'm in love with that first house. I love how you only used black and white on the outside. I also like the way you used the half wall. Never occurred to me to try that. Very nice! I like the landscaping around the blue house. It looks very natural and the pond looks great.   My favorite part is all the windows.

I saw those outfits at MTS2 and thought they looked great, Renegade. Downloads were off then so I couldn't get them though... I'll go back and see if I can have them now: Hey, I deserve it - I haven't downloaded anything today!  

Hecubus: Oh my! You should be proud of it! I would love to have it as a community lot (Mexican restaurant?) in my game. Bet it requires University, though?

Berg - LOL, oh...um, well just install the damned thing, then.  You don't have to play it!  That's where I'm at.  The only use I get out of University now is absolutely nothing.  I use Sim Modder spawned from boolprop to give each of my adult sims 6 wants.

I am curious as to why you left the right side of the roof (the mini slope)  off? Was it messing up the inside dimensions? If that's the case, I find myself doing the same thing when copying real floor plans to sim. Eventually something just doesn't add up and I end up compromising.

Your House=Cozy Happy Sims (provided they have no kids :wink:)

I left part of the roof off? I thought I got it all on there. I had to rework it because the shed roof thing was being a pain in the ass. I usually just copy the outside of the house plan. The inside gets a little messy.

The house is meant for a bachelor sim. The first one I've ever shared that wasn't for a family.  :shock:
