I've only done the face... I'm doing a hairmesh and need to mesh his outfit.
It's really difficult getting 2D characters to look right in 3D without removing too much detail. I spent ages adjusting his face via MS3D.. bodyshop alone would not cut it at all....

How do you do that in Milkshape?  Is there a tute somewhere which tells you how to do that?

Just a quick word to let you know of this new bedroom I just uploaded. I wanted to get it out for Christmas and miraculously made it even though I had to ship my laptop off for some serious service. (AGAIN! I hate Acer, and if they just run a system recovery on it this time too I will positively strangle somebody!!!  :evil: )

Anyway, now going on a nice long winter break, methinks.  :lol:

Well it's not only when you need an opinion. :lol: It's just that there are sites for site updates. Somebody pointed out on this thread already that site updates is not what this thread is for [You can try to find it, I tried :lol: Too many pages. I think around the 70s or 80s.]

maybe I'm wrong, but I thought this was a gee, look, I can do some shit and I want your comments thread, not a Site Updates thread. I don't mind seeing other people's work, but I for one don't want to be bombarded with multiple posts of shameless self-promotion when I can just as easily click on your sig's link.

Linking from your sig does work - I get consistent hits from my signature here - and the advantage is that it shows up in all of the posts - not just one.  So I'll get people clicking on the link in my sig from a post I made months ago - and barely recall.

PMBD is one of my biggest source of referrals - I get big spikes in the bines revue, but PMBD is an all month round thing. I've never posted one of my creations here in this thread or any other thread here, and have gotten 2,000+ referrals from here since May.  Even thinking that half of them are there to sneer/leave nasty messages in my guestbook, that's still a fair chunk left who wanna download.
