Thank you, blackmars! I make normal sims. Most of my sims don't look model pretty, and I like them that way. I focus more on making them look like a simmified real person, someone you might see on the street, or kinda know from somewheres.
I'm working on her husband right now.

I agree! She's got a lovely face and she's refreshingly sweet looking. Good job on her! I've just made two Sims based on the classic Greek sculptures. I should share. I've called them Artemis and Apollo.  |

Ooooh, original Wonderland piccies by the artist whose name escapes me at the moment. I'll definitely be grabbing those.
And yay, a sim that looks normal. I second that a ton of sims around S2C are scary looking...they make me wonder if their creators spend any time looking at people's faces. Stylization is one thing, anime-ish characters, etc, can look kind of cute, but a lot of the "model" sims look worse than Maxis' exaggerated cartoony things.
...I went to go see what skin she's got, because I like it...and I apparently already have it in my game. ^_^ KSK skins are nice.

mm...usst resist urge to download .... paintings!
A have a lot shit from lots (I have clean installer but I don't put it to good use) mainly paintings, but I think I'll download as soon as I get out of Bodyshop.
I made some HEALTHY reds of Raon and Peggy hair so I'll post it here soon. Red hair is thoroughly ignored.

Don't resist the urge to download paintings! You can never have too many. And... I just made some pics that no one else has seemed to make...some samplers! Bigtrukgirl and I were bemoaning the dearth of embroidery, so we found some sites that had beautiful samplers; we split the sites, and I made these from my lot. Expect to see hers in the next day or so. Here's a pic to whet your appetite: there are 18 in total, on the Lady on Red and Transcendence meshes.  And...this is my first approved submission at MTS2...feels kinda good, considering I never get houses accepted there. Go get 'em here. |

I LOVE the samplers! I have a whole neighborhood full of early New Englandia, and it's hard finding the right art pieces (I've made a few out of portraits, but they're all so stern and dour.  So thank you Hecubus and BTG (whose samplers I'm looking forward to seeing). |

Unlike the axe wielding, fire breathing, spawn of satan that Hecubus is. LOL Are you serious?!?! Have you tried to upload that gorgeous Fallingwater? Don't tell me that got rejected.....or I have some people to take care of...... My screen shots included pay content, and I required a couple of free terrains from pay sites. And while I appreciate MTS2's antipaysite stance, it does make us fileshare-friendly creators get rejected outright. And frankly, I'm not willing to compromise screenshot or content because of their rules. i worked too hard on Fallingwater to make it accurate...to compromise that? Not a chance. |
