I just want to say that I am beginning to wonder if SFV will ever reopen. Anywho just wanted to get that off my chest. I know they say they are going to come back up but....I have not even seen signs of life from their web address. Not even a coming back soon default page.

Begin to wonder that every single time that site goes down. And it does go down quite often. Its good that this thread exists, as most people often check here for news about it, but this time we have not actually been told what is going on. Except theres not even a point in asking questions about as it as when rds says "Again, still clueless on the whereabouts of SFV.  I would say end of this month but to be honest I don't know anymore :\" (quoted from a couple of posts back)...well, that really says it all

I'm sure most of us want it to come back. Unfortunately things happen like...life, and since SIH has a life outside the sims, then we just have to be patient until she has time or wants to get it back up.

SIH has been doing this for so long that I couldn't blame her if she just needs a break, guys. She'll get it all back up and going, and if not, well...we'll figure something out.

Not having been a big SFV person (I have an account, but think I only downloaded two or three times), what did they have that we do not eventually get here in the booty?  I know some of the hair in the booty comes from there, but what else did they provide as far as downloads are concerned that we do not here?

And I have never visited their forum, but I gather the postings are a bit less...direct than ours can be on occasion?

Well they had all the missing booy files that you can't request here because you get tramped on whenever you ask for something
And a lot of recolors/retextures/repaired gap. And a nice tchat community. Also files from sites with broken links etc...

Ha, thanks. It's actually a premade yuku layout. Surprising it's so pretty, isn't it? LOL

ETA: Euterpe, at SFV you can basically request whatever you want and someone, somewhere will have it and send it to you.
It is quite a bit different than here.

Downloading is my way of shopping cuz I'm broke...lol.
I grab everything of the teeniest bit interest and then end up deleting most of it anyways, but I can't stop.

I did, last week...lmao. Sometimes my temper gets the best of me.
But, I get to go shopping more now, and that's the light at the end of tunnel!
Except, of course, for the odd thing I can't seem to find atm.  That's one reason I'm antsy for SFV to be back..lol.
But yeah, you guys feel free to stop by. I post there sometimes and chat to myself, as you've obviously noticed...
