Aww, okay. No spoilers. I'll just say I still love Jack anyway >.>

And I'm tempted to write the writers an angry letter about that other thing. How could they?? I hear rumours about Torchwood though.

The season finale. I just got home from running around, and I'm finally downloading it. I'm soooo glad that spoiler was deleted before I saw it!

Actually, while I am really really glad that a US channel DID pick it up, I hate watching it on sci fi. There are two reasons, really. One, they are kind of constrained by where they have to place commercials, and sometimes it really fucks with the timing, and two the person who makes previews for the next episode should be shot. Instead of showing the BBC previews, sci fi insists on making their own and they often show the freaking climax of the show. So lame.

If you don't like Doctor Who, well, err... You suck. Okay, not really, I guess it isn't going to appeal to everyone. I really hate the new Battlestar Galactica myself, though I have friends that adore it to bits. One friend of mine has actually met the creators of that show and was over the moon.

Today is the day. I am waiting oh so patiently (read: impatiently) for MadMartha to post the latest episode. I needs more Master. And I can't wait to see Martha kick more ass!

A lounge area in a ladies room is not uncommon, actually. It used to be a place that women could retreat to when she needed to touch up her makeup, fix an undergarment, or even just relax away from the menfolk in peace. It's a very victorian notion that women need a place to retire when the excitement of being in public gets overwhelming. Now women usually use them to sit around and gossip in, or hide from bad dates.

They forgot moid.org. Now that site makes for some hillarious IRC linkage. I used to do it all the time, and people loved/hated me for it.

I dont know about the main MTS2 server, because MooMoo people and people who have featured creations get put on the 'special' server. However, anyone can access that server since it's the q-express server, and it does get dog ass slow too. From what I understand, it's a site-wide problem. MTS2 probably still doesn't have the throughput to handle the traffic the site gets, or perhaps the physical servers don't have enough CPU or RAM to deal with it. I think it's been getting marginally better.

I agree with the definition of Paysite as any site that charges for game content, period. In my opinion, anything that is withheld for profit should end up in the booty, plain and simple. Holy Simoly's stuff is in there, despite that many people think a couple of reasonably priced donation packs aren't that great of an evil in light of the free stuff. Ren's skintones are in there, despite that Rensim is a 99% free site. Numenor should have his bed in there, I thought it was. If I turned around and made a donation set tomorrow just to cover bills, it would end up in the booty, no matter that I hang around here.

I think the distinctions we try to make have nothing to do with the booty, but with the idea that not all paysites are equally evil. Ren's three donation skintones are no match for Peggy's profiteering, and could reasonably be only for site maintenance. Simchic is pretty blatantly in this for the money, but they allow their meshes to be shared freely, so are they as bad as TSR? In that sense, I think even after all this time we're still trying to figure out who falls into what level of 'badness'. It's all illegal, but it's like trying to classify it into felonies and misdemeanors.

It is a natural thing though, I mean the way he scrambled to the phone, closed his eyes and the way he said 'Doctor'...

Well, even anti-slash Doctor Who fans saw that one coming. Well, anti-slash except for Jack. But then, he's already got Ianto, and he's pretty adorable AND canon.

And off/on topic, I'd love to have that peggy conversion. I could do it myself of course, but I'm so lazy...

Actually, I wouldn't mind it if all paysite owners who have no intention of going free all went over to TSR. It would make TSR an even bigger and more fun target, and also mean that only a few people would ever have to pay for one sub to get everything in the booty. It would be a win for us, really.

So sure, Thomas, keep swallowing up the paysite people. Just leave the free site people the fuck alone.

Kind of off topic, but ....

I don't think there is an off topic in this thread!

Doctor Who, damnit! All others will be ignored! Tongue

yeah, you're probably right.

Oh horray! I've been trying since yesterday to find that song! I loved Mrs Saxon dancing to it as well, how perfect for The Master to find a companion as manically unhinged as he is.

Kind of off topic, but a lot of gay men I've known have admired breasts. I've been complimented on them many times, though that one takes some getting used to. It's a little different than when straight men like breasts, its more like having an admiration for an accessory or something.  I do agree about Captain Jack, part of his charm is that he'll nail anything that moves.

Simm and Tennant can't be yours, I'll fight you for them.

I hate cliffhangers. I must have more master NOW.

Also, I want that song.

Also, Barrowman is very much gay. You wouldnt have much fun with him.

I wear a 38DD and what annoys me is how many more styles are available for A-C cups, and beyond that most brands only concern themselves with function.  I've found a couple of cute bras over time but for the most part it seems they're marketed toward the smaller sizes. Sad

They must think we all like granny bras or something. I buy mine from Fredrick's of Hollywood, they have some nice styles all the way up to F (thank god!), and they last reasonably well. I always take out the little padded push up thingies though, I have no need for cleavage up to my neck, thanks.

The kiss is even better in context. It's quite an episode, and it builds to it. It also explains how Captain Jack acquired the name of another man. I recommend Torchwood, but just be warned it is racier and alot more preoccupied with sex than Doctor Who. Which is pretty much perfect for Jack. except he doesn't really get any action. Well, cept for Ianto, and he's pretty adorable.

Heh.

Why we loves teh Jack
