Will paysite creators ever be welcome back in the community?

I was looking through the S2C thread 'why do people hate paysites?' and it got me thinking about if paysite creators would ever be accepted into the community if they went free...and I do dispise paysites with a passion, but some creators I would be pleased to have back...only some though

So...imagine that all the paysites have been destroyed and have gone free - would you accept them into the community? Who and why?

Someone I would really like back is Aikea Guinea.... she makes awesome stuff, and it would be great to have her back  

The other FA I'd love to have  free has already escaped and now is free...huzzah for the Mango! Also, out of TSR, possibly Jirka, Sunair, Emlazzz, Confide and Sims2Sisters..

Rose of RoseSims as well - even though she isn't part of the community, she is actually very nice and talented...unlike Peggy >.< Peggy has never made any attempt to be part of the community, and is, from what I heard, quite rude...I dont get why she has such a big fanbase...meh sheep

I'd accept anyone.  I really don't have anything against any particular paysite owner other than the whole running a paysite thing.

Seriously, if they all went free, I'd have no problem with them.

That being said, I don't think all would return to the community/continue creating. For example, Birgit and Sasilia and Marcela from Reflex Sims seem to be doing it only for the money, same as Peggy. I doubt they'd even continue creating for free. If they did, I'd have no problem with them, but I don't think they'd want to do it for free.

If Aikea_Guinea went free, that would probably make my week. I have no fear that she'd leave/stop creating, because it seems to me that Deception Pass is her passion and the creating for TSR is just a side project for her.

I would love to see Sunair leave TSR. I would be happy for everyone that went free.

Why not? It's not the paysite owners I have problems with, really (although some of them seem to have more than a little bit of attitude problems but that's not my headache since I never speak or interact with them in any way. And the same could be said about some free creators), it's their policies and twisted ideas of what a gaming community should be like that gets me.

Absolutely! I'd find ways to help them...suggest sites to host their creations, etc. I WANT sites like ATS and Caravan to be free! I'd welcome them with open arms.

I'd welcome them if they went free. I wouldn't necessarily download their stuff if it was crap, but I'd welcome them.

I'm pretty much the same, anyone and everyone. Well, except a few choice assholes who have managed to piss me off *personally* by the way they have treated me or others. Even so, I'd cut them a break and be civil for as long as they behaved.

I don't have anything against any paysite creator - even while they're still making pay content I am happy to interact with them.  Even one's closest and dearest friends sometimes make mistakes and you have to hope they see where they have gone wrong.

I have nothing against paysite owners, just paysites, which are illegal.

Why wouldn't they be accepted back into the community? Just because they once ran a paysite doesn't mean they should be shunned.
