Really?? Any proof of that? Not that it would surprise me, the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior, but I'm not willing to accuse someone, even creepy, slimy Delphy without proof.

That's precisely my point of view. While a sexual predator is likely to strike again, I don't really think starting a lynch mob over unsubstantiated claims are wise either. If this is true, I would hope that this girl would come forward to the authorities. I don't know what kind of international law there is on the books for this kind of thing, but I'm thinking that with proper proof something like this would at the very least would get put on a watch list or something.

In the meantime, sans any proof of a crime, I can't really justify attacking Delphy. I say hold off until someone can post real evidence. (And if this does happen to be true, then burninate the whole fucking place down)

Well, the problem of course is that with these types of accusations, you'd be relying on the ones who were victimized to come forward against someone very popular in the community and open themselves up to drama, ridicule, and shame.

I don't know, the fact that it popped up somewhere like LJ Secret, which is kinda far removed from the community, in my opinion, bolsters it a little.  But it's still an anonymous submission with no evidence, so it's not proof of anything.

If there's evidence that it's true, it needs to get out then. It's not fair to work up sympathy without evidence. Delphy has done things in the past to raise suspicion, but to attack him this way based on annonymous, unsubstantiated rumors is wrong.

Personally, I can't stand the guy, and have written him off completely, but that doesn't mean we can accuse him without something a lot clearer than we have.

Well, I was in MtS2 irc chat for a very long time.  I do know that he did give out a webcam to at least one girl.  He was known for asking for panty pictures often (with the girl in them, heh) in "social", the general chatroom.  It was also common practice by pretty much everyone else in the chat to ask for boob shots, even moobs.
