i also dont understand that page, first she says shes a lesbian practically engaged to her gf, then she says delphy violated her eyeballs, then she says she wants to lose her virginity (to a man she has a crush on). I stopped reading after that. If these secrets are all supposed to come from the same person, they arent consistent and appear more to be "me practicing my storytelling and photoshopping skills" than anything else.
besides how out-of-the-community can it be if it was found and posted here? its more likely to be either the original poster (beawaywithit)'s page or someone they know or they are part of the lame anti-delphy mob that tried to recruit pescado lol

The page is not written by just one person. Random people send in artwork they make to confess their secrets.

This is pretty clear if you wait for the whole thing to load or read the text at the botytom of the page, but not at all obvious if you're in a hurry.

So, for all we know, the person who posted the delphy entry could be an old, geeky, fat male?

The Catch a Predator is a series that Dateline NBC does here in the states. The use adults who pose as children who go into chatrooms and they get in contact with men who want to meet girls for sex. It is a disturbing show certainly and I certainly have my own issues with the show since in some ways it seems they are baiting but it is an eye opener for parents.

I watch that show and I find it funny how they try to justify for being there when they get caught. "Oh well I was just passin' through and I though I saw a fire so I came over here to put it out with this pack of condoms."  , "Oh yea um wait where am I? Wrong house. See ya." or two of my favorites "I thought she was 18." and "..." then they leave :lol: I also love when they see proof and they're like, "That ain't me...who is that?"

Yes, it sounds like baiting and airing a program like that creates mass hysteria, but on the other hand... If some parents realise then that they should monitor with whom their kid chats online, well, that is definitely a good thing. The sad part is that the parents need to be scared into doing that.

Alia... It is sad that parents act that way. They have this mentality that it will never happen to their kids. The parents leave the pc to babysit and the kids run wild doing whatever they want.

Every guy I know who owns a computer has porn on it. And there's probably pics of girls who aren't yet 18 among those pics. Do they know their age? Probably not. Are they pedophiles? Certainly not.

It rather sounds like Delphy's wife at the time wanted revenge for something, and found a way to get it. If that's the case, I feel bad for the guy.

But if Delphy gave a webcam to a minor, which we have NO PROOF OF yet...that's something else entirely.

I don't know what to think.

I suspect the site was set up as a kind of Post Secret rip off. Post secret is a site where people make postcards with their secret on them and physically mail them to the person running the site. Since it isn't populated solely by teenage girls, the secrets are sometimes touching, other times revolting, but always eye opening.

There are a few things about that post that make me a little distrustful of the whole thing. One, that it was posted in a place where conceivably, any number of sims fans could find it, since the demographic is about right. Two, the details on it are very close to things that were known to have been said in a chat room (it sounds like as a joke, since other people were asking for boob and panty shots too), and where anyone, say a former moderator who has been pissed off by Delphy, could have been present to see it. Something like that seems to give it some verisimilitude, like when Red said she thought she knew who it was, though it could be based solely on what another person observed in a chatroom. Third, the link on the bottom seems a little bit too "in your face" about the whole thing. And finally, that 'at least I got to keep the webcam lol' statement is a little too flippant for someone who claims to have been victimized by a sexual predator.

Seems like phony propaganda to me. If this stuff really was happening to more than one girl, I would certainly hope that at least one of them would say something to someone, especially since Delphy really isn't Mr Popularity everywhere out there (or say...here).  I can understand not wanting everyone to know, but no one wants this kind of stuff happening to girls in this community.

But so far there is only an alleged anonymous confession that Delphy did something rather creepy. Nothing about her being underage.

I feel bad for that girl because that was rather creepy, but if she was over 18, it was not illegal. End of story.
