Even though I can never play your house, Hecubus, it is indeed a masterpiece! Beautiful work. I have a stripped down version of this house someone else made, and I like it fine. It has none of the details you have put in your Falling Waters. Yours is a work of art.  Smiley

Really incredible work, Hecubus. This is the first Sims version of Fallingwater that I've seen that actually looks like Fallingwater. The attention to detail and to layout shows that you actually put some research into your work (i.e. you actually looked and followed pictures of Fallingwater, as opposed to just plunking in a bunch of "modern-y" type furniture and laying out the way that you "remembered" it looked). Excellent job.

Hecubus, your work is beautiful!  I love that you've been able to recreate the interiors, too.  I try to simmify famous houses--mainly modern ones--and always fall short on the interiors.

Can't download it as I have a shortage of x-packs--but it's terrific work.

OK, with the encouragement of one of my bestest buddies, I am posting some recolors I have done. Although I do not think they are worship worthy, a little might not be a bad thing. Wink

This is a house I use to live in durning my childhood.  Its the first real life based house I have tried to make, unfortunatly I dont have pictures of it anymore =( to compair it to.  It was one of those bi-lvl's  where theres 3 floors but only 2 of them are stacked on top of each other it was a realy old house that my Grandma and her first husband built

This house is very good. Smiley Are you uploading these things anywhere?

Those peggy recolors are good but I can't stand the animation. Only the back moves.

Any chance of curtains or blinds in coordinating colours or curtains with a few Sim-inches of squidfinger patterns along the edges / borders? Not for making an entire room matchy-matchy, but because they coordinate with a lot of things I already have. I think even mixing two or three similar squidfinger patterns in a room would still look tasteful, depending on which patterns.

These were truly neat! (I sat and watched the animated GIF of the "magic" bedspread changing colour and pattern for a good twenty minutes. Shiny!)

Do you use the same username at MTS2? If not, can we have linkies when they are up at MTS2?

Hecubus, I am in awe of your FLW tribute. Gorgeous. I'm having problems downloading it, even on WiFi, though. Someone up there is trying to tell me my DLs folder is too big. Sad
