I've done some stuff since sims 1 days....just haven't had the time to do more than try and make a different colour plant [and failing] and make some patterns.  Its been hectic lately and so until things slow down, I can't do much.

I have been looking for freesites for my finds community at LJ and came across this at GOS. The creator mentioned over at GOS in the Sims 3 Best Finds threads - I was not even aware of it until today and my freesite list in my bookmarks has somewhere around 75 or so active totally free Sims 1, 2, and 3 sites - Paysites is somewhere around 14 and other than ATS and Holy Simoly  I only go to those if I need one of their free meshes for something made by a free creator or for ammunition for the uglishes smuttiest, and free site pawns threads.

 For my finds comm at LJ - I define an inactive community as one in which the creators have not uploaded anything new in more than 3 months - and have not left posts stating why e.g SAU's site issues so a lot of the paysites at Sims Cave and in the Booty are not included in my lists for comparison posts etc. If the number of free vs pay sites is any indicator - PMBD is doing it's job well - Though I am quite certain I don't have anywhere a complete list of either one

There are hi top versions of the low top skate shoes. Up close they do look blurry though.

These are new and not replacements for existing paintings, correct? They are indeed cute and tasteful, but I am skipping the ones with English writing. I am kind of anal like that, but I only want Simlish in my game or it kind of breaks my suspension of disbelief.

Yes, they are totally new paintings not replacements- she does some really great work and some of her paintings are by a friend of hers that is an artist- not just classic artist recolors, movie poster recolors and fantasy art recolors like I do for TS2.

I too prefer simlish ingame, sadly simlish items are so rare. I was once PWND at MTS for requesting simlish recolors for an item LOL. Grabbed the tropical paintings, these don't need simlish translation

MTS are n00btards only one step up from the Exchange.

Well someone put up a TS3 style simlish font at MTS so once the tools are a little more robust and user friendly to create new paintings I will probably just make my own.

And yeah. I did get all hers that didn't have any text. They're quite nice.

I was thinking, wouldn't paint.net and the posted simlish font enough to change them to simlish? You could export the png or dds with Postal, modify it with paint.net and reimport it (only Sims3PE seems to do the reimporting correctly). And Zam! Simlish paints. Okay sure it's not as easy as it sounds but hey simlish is worthy.
I've been doing that to remove stupid logos for some clothes. It's tedious but it works.

According to the posted simlish font yes it changed during the making of Sims 3. I too prefer the old one though, it's more round. What is odd is that I noticed the old one was in one of the previews pics - the one with the shop sign and the females sims walking by. Now I can't remember if this shop sign is indeed in the game. I think I saw the new one one the movie/concert posters. i will check the pics.

That exact sign is not in the game, but a modified version of that building is.



So they turned the clothing shop into the spa. Eh, I really don't mind much.
