They definitely resemble Barbie dolls, they're just too perfect and they look like they have no life. And her female face has that strange thing going on with the double crease above the eye, which just makes her models look even creepier.
As for the new hair, I'm betting the second I try to put it on my guys my game will be a complete borkfest.
