Meh I've seen worse, but ya the veins are a bit over done. My problem with skins like that is that they only do the front of the torso. So what you get is an overdeveloped front, a normal flabby back and no leg muscle. It looks bizarre. Plus it's just lazy.

Yep. I just don't like it because it looks like his penis region has been pumping steroids. It's gross. To echo what Dodreih said, even if the sims fat/skinny they still look like that.

The female skin isn't that bad. When I was a healthy 110lbs my body resembled that. Mostly because my family's females tend to run with bigger hips, and me being as little as I was, I didn't have enough meat to cover my hip bones. What bothers me more about that skin, is the detail breast. No, I'm not talking about the nipplets, but how dark the outline is. Even if you have a flat chested sim, they will always have perma cleavage.
