Here's my newest Sims house. You can DOWNLOAD it if you want. It requires University & Four Seasons.






The view from living room.





It comes WITHOUT downloaded windows, doors and the fence. Everything else is by Maxis. The doors are from 4ESF, windows from 4ESF and Sims in Paris. The fence is from Holy Simoly. I recommend to download them and then replace the (ugly) Maxis ones, if you haven't them already.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It's made in basement so the normal ground floor is actually the 2nd one in this house. The front door is iin the 3rd floor, where is also the living room. Kitchen and dining are in middle floor and there is also one bedroom. In basement floor there are 2 other bedrooms and a big other livingroom. And the bathrooms are in each floors.

The 2x1 has had crashiness with a CAS sim, apparently. Which sucks, but which in the long run is a good thing for testing. The experimental ones that crash so far (mine, Plasticbox's, Aelflaed's, Doc Doofus's, Inge's) only do so once and then are fine afterwards. It's annoying, though, and hopefully "we" get it figured out. (I say "we", but it's really Plasticbox who is doing the work on it).

I have a set of six brownstones done (with corner lots and 2xX's with garages, yay!), plus just finished a set of adobes that have a lot of variety in heights (1xX's are three stories, 2x1 is a one-story, and the 2x2 is set up as a three apartment building). Just would rather wait to share them until we know how to completely prevent crashiness.

I finished the base for children's PJs. I might be able to use it for boys' clothing, too... hmm, I'm guessing I'd have to mess about in SimPe to make boys use girls' clothing, eh...? Aren't the child male/female bodies identical, so it could be done at least in theory?

Cute I love them. Yeah, they are exactly the same. There's a tutorial on MTS2 somewhere about it.
