I don't know what the original site address was but in the Index of Booty it lists the site as having been destroyed. It is still around and I assume they still have Pay items because they have a section called Freebies.

Some People never give up on ripping you off. You know these people will always open new sites. Hell even InSIMenator had someone recently put up their Machine on some site and try charging $2.00 per download. So even when you try to make cool stuff and give it to people others will try to find a way to profit off of your work.

To be fair, they do have 11 pages of free stuff.

I have never heard of this site before.  It slays me that these guys have the nerve to sell mediocre maxis recolors, and when there is a custom mesh involved, they don't include it in the zip...

When I went online verifiying all the sites for whome we have booty, this site was down, and searches provided no links for even old pages.

I can only assume their server went for a bit and all traces of them disappeared until they were able to reestablish contact.
