Dammit, no.  I can tell that I'm not holding up the regulations required to be a SoCal Fashionista

You don't scrub your toilet in full make-up and hair while wearing three inch heels and a skirt that half your ass is hanging out of?  What the hell is wrong with you?!?!

Good lord 'n' butter NO!!

Thats what I wear when I am weeding the garden.

Silly Avic.

I wear my platform hooker boots and peacock feathers on my butt when I scrub the toilet.

Girl - thanks for that.  I love a good laugh, and that did it.  Hubby would be looking at me funny for laughing at the 'puter if he were still up.

I think we need to get a consensus on appropriate wear for the grocery store, running errands around town, etc.  God forbid that we don't dress the part ;-)

Truly makes me glad I mostly restrict any downloads I have to furnishings.

Any one who can garden with only half an ass showing is ok in my book. Cleaning toilets in heels makes her a goddess.
For fear of arrest in my country, I cannot tell you how they pay their bills in my game.

I must admit that in the old days of Sims 1, I subscribed for one month to both TSR and 8th deadly sim. Mostly because they had a bunch of something that I thought would be cool to have in game. But it really wasn't worth paying for the whole month when I found out that the donation stuff wasn't updated very often. Needless to say, I've never subscribed to another pay site again.

I pay enough to buy the damn game and expansion and stuff packs. I'm not paying for something that a player makes.

*hoists the flag* Arr, mateys!

Anyway, that doesn't explain why there are probably a couple people out there who have paid for, say, Carla Niven stuff in the past and now need therapy.

Maybe we should start up a Carla Niven Therapy Fund.  Designed especially for those who were traumatized when they watched the *gag* fashion show.

Damn.  Thinking about that fashion show, I threw up a bit in my mouth again.

Maybe we should start up a Carla Niven Therapy fund, designed for HER, to break her of the idea that any of her stuff, her site and her fashion show are any good, or worth $15...

Rarely do we get to experiance delusions of grandeur of such magnitude. It warms the wee cockles of my heart to see such an elaborate attempt at style and grace fall so short of the mark.

I showed that "fashion show" to my husband. This is a direct quote.

"Uhhh. What the fuck was that?"

Stop it. Stop it. You're starting to make me wish I had bothered to watch it. Now I don't know the fun I'm missing.  Sad

Hee. I actually found the fashion show incredibly funny, like some of my favorite sim movies...If only she knew it was a joke. (She has to use every special effect on her computer in this one video....EEK! Don't mention the "fashions" please!)

Of course she used special effects.  That was so she could gloss over the craptacular mistakes she made, and get the added benefit in places of making us miss the actual clothing on display.

Well, I admit, she did not gloss over that little runway accident where two of the girls bashed into each other and had to sort it out. *snicker*

I thoroughly enjoyed the her "fashion show" in a sadistic, eye-clawing sort of way. I love how she seems to think that slapping hideous transition effect-y things will make the whole video pretty! Cheesy

(This may just be my dumbness...but what the hell is FIER anyway? Does it stand for something?)
