Hhhh I was just on LJ and I was commenting on her photoshots...I didn't realize she was on TSR...and all of a sudden I see her nick in the booty. I'm like...uuuh...you at TSR? Whoops.  :lol:

Yeah, I'm reviving an ailing thread, but I really didn't see the sense in starting a new one for this.  How did you all get Tristan to look decent in game?  The one I downloaded is absolutely scary looking.

Tristan fixing tips: Change the eye colour... and widen them a bit... also longer hairstyles look better on him. He has a bizarre jaw line :shock: On the plus side, he makes gorgeous sim kids in my game  :lol:  and he also looks nice as an elf  :?

I haven't changed his eye colour, but did make his eyes slightly bigger. At the moment he's still got the purple hair as well, although I will try a different style on him at some point. In my game he has a thing for my self-sim - bless him - and he's working his way through the education career track. No sign of any angst. Yet ....  :lol:

Forgot something: I have absolutely no clue about meshing, re-texturing, etc but I was puzzling over whether or not the updated hair that Aikea Guinea uses on him is a tweaked version of her Robert Smith hair? I can see a few similarities in the overall shape (which could be wishful thinking), so maybe she tweaked the alpha/s a bit and retextured  :?:

He's a sweetie in my game too.... he's been alien abducted a few too many times  :shock: and I've just moved in an Emily and they just had the cutest little girl and are engaged (he's a family sim in my game) He's in the medicine career.

I can't remember much about the elf version except he's married to a tweaked version of my self sim :lol:

I made him a family sim as well! His lifetime want is to breed 20 kittens or puppies, and when he met my self sim he spent a lot of time looking at her boobs  :oops:

Thanks for the responses.  Sounds like basically the eye change improved things then.  Didn't know if he needed any other major tweaking or not.  Now that I have a couple of gorgeous Emily's (thanks to some here), I thought I might try to see if I can give them a better life . . . or have them kill each other.  One or the other.  :lol:

I think I had him loaded into my game at one point, but when I opened him up to take a look my first words were "Ugh!", and not in a way that I wanted to fix either. I'm fairly certain I chucked him lest the ugliness spread to other sims. I'll have to take a look again, if it is as you all say, and I can make him look less like some kind of goblin.
