I already installed 'em and like cherub hairs a lot. But i still to understand not a thing: must you download ALL packages in .rar archive, or only one?

 You have to extract all of them to your C:Program Files/Electronic Arts/Sims 3/Mods/Pacakages file  if you want them to show up for each age -child to elder- each package is for a separate age group

Sadly according to the news here- http://www.simsinparis.net/news.php this is probably going to be the last update for the site - nothing has been indicated as to whether they are leaving BPS or not though Jasmine is no longer listed in the creators section.

Their stuff is beautiful though I am not a fan of the beds- but this has been coming for awhile- the site disappeared completely off the radar for quite some time and then Jasmine and Delphine dropped in  back in March to say they were working on the sets they just posted and then disappeared again until day before yesterday when Jasmine posted in the news section that the two sets would probably be the last update for the site. It is sad- it is always sad when good creators retire - but real life takes precedence over The Sims any day and that is generally why creators retire or leave the community.

Thanks for the links! I haven't visited SIP for a while and missed these. Very sad to learn that they might not be around for much longer, but alas, I think with Sims 3 we may see more sites devoted to Sims 2 going bye bye. People seem to feel after all this time that there's not much left to offer creatively for Sims 2, it's all been done before.

Yes but for every old creator that retires a new one is born- For instance Lurania,  Snaitf, and  Robokitty at MTS and , Ja. M Calero  and Random Noir at GOS  have some great TS3 stuff (at least at the level of creativity that the available tools and techniques allow so far) and the only one of them that actually created anything substantial for TS2 was Snaitf. We also still have a lot of the old vets that began creating in the TS1 and  TS2 days like HystericalParoxysm, Aikea Guinea, Kate and SalixTree at Parsimonious all of whom seem to be in it for the long haul even if The Sims goes all the way to TS10 (as much as I love the game I hope not TS3 already pushes it with sequelitis)

I really need to play Sims 2 again. I have been busy with Sims 3 for the past month, and these last 2 days I have been going through Sims 1 content (had to delete a ton of crap I didn't want anymore, deleted over 2000 files). I downloaded that kitchen when buggybooz posted it, but never went to play with it.

Here is a lost and found for Sims 3, and I don't really understand why they hid it. Has anyone noticed the lack of gender door, like for restrooms and locker rooms? They are in the game, just hidden. Snaitf found them and posted them on MTS.

Why they hid them, I have not clue, unless it is because we don't have stores we can see the inside of, so they figured no one would need them, but we have locker rooms and restrooms at other lots that would need them. The only thing I don't like about the door is the sign to show that its male or female. I hope someone can edit it sooner or later to make it better looking.
