TSR makes the South Korean Parliament look decent and they have barroom brawls on the Parliament Floor that end up turning into full scale street riots. I don't think I have ever seen the UK Parliament, or the U.S. Senate do this - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Pqhnf6XKC8&NR=1&feature=fvwp before. At least not so it has been publicized.

We used to have a neighbor with a kitten like that - the little thing came wandering over one night while I was outside smoking.....not much more than a handful of fluff.  If it hadn't had a home, we would have ended up with a 6th cat. >.>
