Until they learn to read legal documents out of something other than their ass, I'm not going to bother with worrying. Much of their content is offensive, borderline child porn and badly done. I'm pretty sure its a legit email from the TSR higher ups.  It's pseudo-legal language makes me think that because it just sounds so much like a scam artist.  Scam artists use pseudo-legalease all the time to make themselves sound more legitmate.  And I can't think of a bigger bunch of scam artists than TSR.

Just an fyi, I don't know if this counts since Thomass is apparently in Europe, but in the US you can't threaten a lawsuit if you don't intend to follow through. It opens you up to legal action.

Additionally, I'm sure it wouldn't be hard for Thomass to find a lawyer willing to represent him, I'm just very doubtful he could afford a lawsuit.
