Okay, okay, I've updated my avatar because apparently PMBD is the only place where a squid does not automatically equal female  . I've added a lovely bow for Alia, and pretty eyelashes for Pensanu, Hecubus and Ry. No sequins I'm afraid, Pooki, but it is a different colour and a bit shinier, soooo that's almost the same thing as sparkles, right? Right? Plus, I think it's even creepier now; I really get the sense that acolytes might gather to worship it in its terrifying, unholy beauty (okay, okay, maybe not...:[) .

I'm afraid I must turn down both our good primate Yaardarm's and Pensanu's offers as I am weirdly obsessive about drawing my own avatars, even though I liked that pink-y squid (so lovely and feminine! ). I refuse to be a shill for "Hello Kitty" though, even if it's world destroying, soul eating Cthulhu Kitty (I'm still bitter about not getting one of those colour changing "Hello Kitty" dolls back when I was 10) .

If I had added a load of sequins you might have had a point; however, I had to make it obvious because apparently no one here realizes that squid=woman. Besides if I hadn't done so I would have been unable to fulfill someone's request (I already had to disappoint poor Pooki!), and I want those that I am drawing into the cult of the female squid to have an ancient one that they can really put their trust in (Ry, please do not forget to drop off your sacrifice in front of the squid altar and not just leave it in the "Hall of Mollusca"; your last gift to our beautiful, wise, eternal cephalopod was lost under a pile of gold coins and goat fur).
