Sometimes it seems like the people who aren't living in the US care more about what goes on here than the majority of those who actually do live here.  Especially when it comes to things they can pick at and be like, "God damn those Americans.  This is why I hate/dislike/make fun of/spit on/piss on them."

of the war in Iraq. It's the government of USA who are strongly disliked, not the american people where there are as many different people as

Apparently you can't see the difference. It absolutely was a joke, as were most if not all of the other "insults" you refer to. Before you go off on a tangent, gather information on your "enemies".
