Just so everyone knows, it takes a long time to upload stuff to the site.  And with pets out now, well, please realize it will take awhile but we'll get up as much as we can, ok?

Many of the sites you listed are already listed. Try sending a PM to Pescado and he will give you instructions on how to upload via FTP.
