I want to suggest it's very tight Lycra, with the pattern very cleverly and artfully modified so that it wouldn't appear distorted by the ultra thigh-stretch effect. And some of that double sided tape you can get, to hold your boobs in place if you're not wearing a bra. Also, magic.
