Well the Donations to Paypal link works once again  Sorry for the inconvenience guys. I want everyone to keep in mind one thing involving Donations.... Donating to the Carsource isn't a monthly thing. As much as its appreciated, once you donate and are put into the Donator's Group, you wont leave if you dont donate a month later. You will have access to the Donation cars for the rest of time  So just to clear any confusion i'm not a huge fan of paysites either, so i figure the least we can do is give the cars as gifts to those who donate, but are not entitled to keep paying to recieve the gifts. Those who already have donated should be able to access the Donator Forum. Thank you, -Tre Zillah But doesnt the bolded still technically make you a PAYSITE TRE??? Insim asks for donations but they dont give special gifts to make up for it TRE :evil: :evil: :!: I feel so betrayed.... asshole. Has he always been pay or am I just slow as hell? |

And yes, content available for exchange of money is still a sale. Regardless of how long your able to access the content, or how much money is exchanged. But that is the closest to "donation incentive" I have ever seen a site come.

And yes, content available for exchange of money is still a sale. Regardless of how long your able to access the content, or how much money is exchanged. I didn't even know this site existed. I see that I haven't missed out however because it requires a log in. *sigh* Small sites shouldn't require you to log in to download. >.< Watch their forum get hacked, everyone's email address gets exposed, and given to spammers..
And yes, he is contradicting himself because it is having a pay section on his site and apparently he's against pay sites. ;p

Doursims... Being the educated, mentally functional, non-greedy, non-bastardized sims 2 player that I am, I know the proper protocal for expressing grievances. So, before I came to this community to vent, I emailed him my concerns, as I have been downloading cars from him for ages.
Now tell me dear, who are the real greedy bastards? Could it be the creators who give special gifts for sending money? Or the people like me who hate to see a free creator go pay?
