Missbonbon. That clutter is a jewel of a find.

I present one of my favorite bathroom sets: http://www.modthesims2.com/download.php?t=241044

macarossi's been mentioned before, and is already a frequent topic in the paysite pwning thread, so here's just one of the classics again: The Pond in July.
http://www.modthesims2.com/download.php?t=237912

Ren's Circonflex skintones:

Not only the skins look smooth, velvety and non-oily, they make even Good Ol' Face Template 8 aka Gorillaface Fishlips look somewhat comely.  Grin

I also love skins that are blended, smooth, and not greasy looking. Seeing as rensim's free status is up for debate, I offer these by the incomparable Anva:
You can find them here:
http://www.digitalperversion.net/gardenofshadows/index.php?topic=4325.0

Also sans oil slick, smooth, just ever so slightly more defined and ALL FREE!

And the fuglier Maxis face templates look good in these skins, as well.
I'm a fan of rensim, too, btw.

The only problem with those overdue books is they are all in english, but man, those are some nice clutter objects.

And it reminds me that I want to try and subdivide bookcases to make some that can be differing heights - maybe after the move.

Yanno, I tried some of those skins and they weren't matching up with certain hairlines. I thought that I might have a conflict somewhere but I couldn't find it, so I just took them out. It's too bad because they are quite nice.

I have a really hard time finding skins that have a lot of shade differential, and in which the dark skin is dark enough. (I find it really disturbing how many Sims players only want pale skins, but anyway.) Those skins are nice, I'll try them out if I find time to darken the second palest skin, add a blue undertone to one of the darker ones, add more hair to all of them, and geneticize them. I'm picky Cheesy.

I'll admit half the reason so many of my sims are pale because I am - however, half the reason is its hard to find good dark tones.  I use Enayla's because she has a good range.

I can't remember who had some nice skins as defaults, but even the palest skins were too dark for my tastes, while the darkest were too pale.  I like some diversity for my skins, at least among my npcs, even if I always make myself so pale [ or bejeweled and in fantasy shades, but that's a different story. ]

would you... post that when you're done, please? Wink

I'd like something like that for my game. I'd do it myself, but I suck at adjusting color.

I had the same problem I think. A while back I noticed the colors getting wonky where skins met hairlines or necklines, and such. I deleted the files, redownloaded. I then just made seperate folders for sets of skins, and deleted defaults, and something about the new organizing fixed it.

I also like to have a good number of Sims with tattooed skins, and tattooes rarely show up as well on dark skins. =(

I've noticed a problem with a lot of the darker skintones becoming pixelated. :| Sucks.

http://kinemortophobia.livejournal.com/22894.html (Phobia from GoS)
made some great dark and pale recolors of the Phasmaxian skins.

http://kinemortophobia.livejournal.com/23404.html
Also did recolors of Sarhra's eyes Geneticized and Defaults + Supernatural Defaults. Smiley

PRETTY OBJECTS! Some Adele love.

The first is a recolor of one of Adele's loveseat meshes by Problematique.

The second is Adele's dragon statue mesh for a far east theme

She also did some furniture to compliment the far east theme. I'm sure most, if not all of you have seen these:

The cute lion or dog face on that coffee table leg always makes me smile.

Wow, I just went back and looked at Adele's site and... WOW. Last time I was there she didn't have the teen options for everything. She must have been a busy busy bee! I'm super excited now.
Anyhow, I took a gander at MTS, and I saw Maylin's new dining set. It looks really promising. I can't wait to use it in-game!
