There's been no hard and fast rule about that, it's always been pretty much a guessing game to figure out who Chaz has butchered this week.

I think the only celeb/fictional character i have ever seen done right on TSR is the Lord Voldemort sim by UDontKnow - but Voldemort is supposed to be a fugly no nosed freak- Chaz would probably even manage to screw that up and he would end up looking like Voldemort played by Judy Dench rather than Ralph Fiennes

Well, that 'boat' is pretty ugly.  It is more like a barge.

I like the roofline on the house on the left.  Raising the roofslope on one of the oriental rooflines gives it cook olde worllde fee.  (I wonder who it was copied from?)  But I can't see that boat outsailing anything.  In fact, with the gap in the hull (caused I assume by the silly map-shaped crop) it couldn't sail period.  And the photoshopping onto the picturesque landscape is kind of silly.  I never realized that there were pirate ports in the alps.

Lake Zurich has a harbor- after all a ship in every port and a port in every harbor must include lakes in the alps with no ocean in hundreds of miles.
