Porcelain dolls have always given me the creeps. Some are worse than others though, I was in a shop which specialised in movie related stuff and they had a replica "Chucky" doll and all I could think of was why would you want it? Scary stuff...

They have plush bodies, but the Sideshow Collectable's life size prop replica of Chucky is fully articulated, I'd love to have that, but it costs over $500, so it's a hge "no" from me. I may love the films, but not THAT much, if it were something of Buffy, then I probably would get it.

EDIT: Has anyone noticed the homage to Calalily in M&G? It's a vase of Calla Lillies. I'm about to fire up the game *shock, Dramatic gasp, Horror*, I'll take a picture of it, along with some stuff I made, and post them later.

I've been working on this little project since I got home from college today. It is an apartment building, but in the style of a dorm. I'm building it in some wierd way, the little theme I have going is that its some old style house that has been converted into a dorm, but is actualy an apartment building.It's for students. I have only finished the ground floor, so that is all I took pictures of, and an exterior shot too, but outside hasn't been decorated yet.
I wanted something that looked sophisticated but also something that was kind of homely too, but with a fun side. I think I am getting that look down ok so far.
Tell me what you think of it, all critisisim(sp) is welcome.
Now on with the spam!!

I made a dorm that is a converted castle last night.  Finally making my entire town from scratch and its a magical community.

Thank you for the comments. I am really enjoying building this one, I usualy get really bored when furnishing an apartment, but I'm finding doing this one relaxing and very fun. My favourite room is the study, I don't know what it is about it, I think its the paintings, but it turned out better than I hoped it would hehe.
I've started to furnish some of the rooms, There are 12, but I'm thinking of taking two away and changing them into a gym, I want to put objects in that will feed every skill, but keep to my original idea while having it as a luxurious place for them to stay, it's turning into quite the challenge.
On the top floor, there are 2 big rooms that can fit in 2 double beds, I've done this because I wanted a room to be like Buffy and Willow's dorm room from Buffy, and because it will essentaily be an apartment, it is possible to have Sims stay in the same room while being at Uni. None of the rooms are ensuite or anything, they are all just one room, I'm only going to be putting the basics into the room as with the hack over at MATY, if you have TV's PCs etc in the room, sims will stay in their because their needs can be met in the rooms, and I want the sims to use the building itself, if that makes sense?

 I wanna share what I did all friday night( because I have no life)  I downloaded a super cute lot over in the other thread...problem is, it was not very playable. ( it had no bathroom, no stairs to second floor) So instead of remodeling I made my own version.

I made it a home business, a cafe and little shop.And I did it on a beach lot. I have this thing for beach lots lately.
