I would watch this carefully. Until EA makes an official statement,
it is clear that the support team is not the final word on what EA
legal will decide to do. I don't want to harrass or stress you. I
just wanted to make you aware of some facts so that you can make an
informed decision on your own. To these "pirates" taking down pay and
donation sites has become something of a game. I fear you have just
become the latest casualty.

I joined the Yahoo! Group after I found out the "Troll List". I have multiple online identities. I can get more, I'm too anonymous to be found and banned. If I get banned from something I don't care about to start with, I find it funny.

I'm really getting a kick out of being called a troll, since I respond in a civilized, polite, and somewhat sarcastic way.

I wasn't prepared for your little outburst.
All I was offering was a donation in my own free way. I know that sites cost bandwidth, I have my own which uses a lot of bandwidth.
A simple no, I'm happy where I am would be fine. I don't care if you take donations, I was simply offering a fellow creator a little space.
As for your delusions about getting everyone on my hosting, well, your deluded.

Bet you wouldn't be so nasty if I was offering you $5 to pay your months hosting.

I've no idea how I became a member of that Yahoo group, probably following a link. Never downloaded anything. When I received the email from the owner about going free and the cost of the bandwidth I sent her a couple of emails. The first was more of a "Bravo!". The 2nd was an offer to donate the $60 she needed if she would stay free. Just because I got the feeling that she is a teen. No reply. So today I got tired of the ranting and left the group. I'm starting to think she doesn't need help other than professional one...
