Web-spot seems to be pretty darn cheap! I used to have a website I was paying $18.00/mo for and I didn't get anything as good as their basic $5.00/mo plan!

Woah, thats a lot. My current webhost charges £1.99/month. mind you, you only get 200MB space and 1GB transfer, but its only £1 per 1GB for extra bandwidth

I'm curious about what the plan they gave you includes? (You'll learn that I am quite nosey.) The website seems quite vague or I haven't perused it enough.
Is bandwidth, etc. going to be an issue? If you have to buy more bandwidth how much will it cost?
How much storage? How many (sub-)domains?

Just stuff like that.

The high end package is apparently 35.50USD/mo and has this:

Wait, you have only 10 gigs transfer to share amongst those who host with you? That's a very very small amount for sims 2 sites, as the downoads are large. You should probably advice people to host their files somewhere free?

I remember when I had only 10 items on my site, and even 5 gigs was not enough for the month...

Compressorized stuff isn't so big. Skintones are still massive, most build/buy mode stuff more than halves in size, and there's a reduction in general cas stuff too. So, perhaps also advise people to use that?

Actually, hosting big files elsewhere is a great idea that I probably never would have thought of on my own... I might do that on my site.
