1. sim feaks (hecubus you should do the calculations for the prices of their stuff, considering they dont do a monthly sub anymore, they went to this ridiculous "points" system" gets a bit expensive)
2. Vita sims (again for the nerve to charge "per set" donations)

Pandora Sims 2 deserves a mention I think. As far as I can tell, it contains mostly other people's free mods (yellow pee, censor blur remover, warlok skins, etc) with a scant few "original" mods, clothes and such to justify the pay.
