My regency 'hood is growning fast these days and I have to keep up so my sims doesn't have to wear the same old things. Teens and males are, as usual, rather neglected. Yeah, I'm a total junkie for this era.

I love the corset, colour and fabric feel of that dress SimOtaku.... but the furry material underneath the corset just screams "BIKINI WAX! PRONTO!" 

Thanks, it is the only way to cover the visible connect line of this mesh. You can you see it under the corset

Thanks, the lace and the corset is from teen goth outfit in TSS Pack. By the way, your mesh look nice.

I want those! I love making historical simmies. I just have a horrible time constructing neighborhoods around them, because I suck at building houses (especially themed houses.)

I have a feeling you will be getting a lot of those recolor requests.  Miguel's hair is just normal enough to be good for non-anime sims, too.  (Dilly's is a little farout for anything but an anime sim, though.  XD)

Nah, I think both are great for non-anime sims. Is the headband an accessory or in the hair mesh? Answered own question...it's an accessory. *drools more*

OMFG, my Keith! I didn't even know he was still on the Exchange  I still remember when I made him (that would be three years ago); I didn't have the guts to upload him to MTS2 because I was afraid he wasn't up to their standards so it was the Exchange! Thank you for this precious moment!

Berg I had such a good chuckle when I found him.. he's a caricature in a totally fabulous way. You had fun with a man they nickname "elegantly wasted" (I can't remember who called Keith that) and did it with class.. I had the same fondness for Keith that I did for Bwellius's stuff http://thesims2.ea.com/mysimpage/pod.php?user_id=133423 (and it's such a shame that she gave up) The things that are special and we hold dear in our hearts are when we do something special with not much materials.

I had a housegasm at MTS2 yesterday.  Four starters and another one in the Ordinary Luxury series.

What I like in houses: No CC.
I don't mind if the house is furnished with Maxian furniture, but I don't like downloading houses with lots of CC. I have over 4 gigs of carefully screened downloads in my game (I had over 7 gigs earlier!), and I'm not looking to add more stuff to it, thanks.

Also, somewhat logical layout: The kitchen is connected to the dining area, for example, or they are next to each other.
Does that make sense?  I hate is when the dining room is on the other side of the house. The food will get cold! 

And I like lots of windows.

me too.. I don't ever add any hacks to my houses.. and I only think I've ever added one recolour..

I tend to think that regardless of the internal logic of an individual house period, it's a pita if it doesn't make any sense with the internal logic of the game..

And by the way that house looks sweet.

I made a Sim of Crispin Glover, one of my favorite actors/directors/philosophers.

I don't usually make celebs, just Sims of family/friends, so he's my first celeb. Not a perfect likeness, but he's cute to me anywhoo. His *unique* nose was hard to fashion, lol. Critique my skillz/lack thereof, please!

Eh, on a side note I don't like celeb Sims where the person's facial features are photo-skinned onto the skintone, I think that is sort of "cheating" and also it usually renders that skintone useless for other Sims, which is why I almost never download celebs.. You get a more perfect likeness by doing that, I guess. But I like my Sims to still look a little Simmy, not perfectly identical to real people. Too realistic looking Sim + the cartoonish animations in the game = creepiness.

That's really fantastic hornymanatee - I don't have a critique.  At first I thought you should turn the nose tip down more, but this will just make him freaky from the side. So I think you made a good compromise.  He looks like him (no Chaz like symptoms evident)
