Hahahaha.

Be nice to the boy, now. *cough* After all, he may be a pirate wearing nothing but a Jolly Roger, but he's a pirate wearing nothing but a Jolly Roger who makes my dinner.

Wait... Did that image just get funnier?

To me it was never about what's actually in the pack, but the fact that they use a real shop.

Look on the bright side: At least NOW when you see the appalling outfits included, you can be secure in the knowledge that people actually *WEAR* horrible stuff like that.

Quote from: "Maz"
And I don't care if it's a good shop or a bad shop, if it uses Chinese child labour* or have Madonna design for them. How the clothes is awful or nice.

Yeah, who the hell cares about some children, anyway? What ELSE are the little brats good for, anyway?

Quote from: "Maz"
I do however care about paying to get commercials! That's what I don't like! That's what's getting my whetstone out to sharpen the old cutlass. That's why I don the Jolly roger (and nothing more) and go pirating! Yaaaarrrrr!!

Arr! I likes the cut of yer jib.

Yes, yes you did.
BUT in reality he kinda favors my hubby (just with longer hair and a bit younger) so the mental image is not as bad as I thought it might be. Cheesy

Back to torrents... I seem to be very adept at this (thanks to a few pointers from people in here Cheesy) so now they can just bring on any silly stuff packs and it will go straight to my personal booty!

Incidentally does any of you kings and queens of torrenting have a friendly invite to demonoid.com to spare? I know it's possible to download from there without (thanks to 404 who pointed that out after I had already discarded it   ) but I feel shut out. *pout*

If not then I guess I'll just have to hang around and wait for the next time they open the gates a tiny bit.

Oh and about Maz' jib... Nahh, not even gonna go there.

RUN AWAY!!! (in the humble words of Sir Robin the Brave)

Brave Sir Robin ran away.
Bravely ran away, away!
When danger reared its ugly head,
He bravely turned his tail and fled.
Yes, brave Sir Robin turned about
And gallantly he chickened out.
Bravely taking to his feet
He beat a very brave retreat,
Bravest of the brave, Sir Robin!

Ah I love that song

Demonoid only opens registrations once a month now.  I would watch for the next few days to see, since they should be opening it again.  Apparently from what I've read in their forums you have to be a member for a few months to get an invitation code, and I've only been a member for a month.
*feels retarded because I don't know who Sir Robin the Brave or Spamalot is* Cheesy

ETA: Demonoid JUST opened their registrations!

Have you never heard of the wonder that is Monty Python? They were one of Britains biggest and best comedy groups!

http://www.montypythonsspamalot.com/

Spamalot is the musical version (although slightly different) of "Monty Python and the Holy Grail"

OMG I cannot stand Monty Python...100% cannot stand him.  My husband loves him to death and him and my brother frequently watch those movies.

This is SO funny! I knew it had almost been a month and I had checked it a couple of times today "just in case" and then I got your PM! Thanks a billion, I am registered now  Cheesy  Cheesy  Cheesy

Oh and about Monty Python... I am learning to tolerate, but Maz is the one you'd want to talk to about nerdy fandomness
