Everytime I visit his site its mental torture as I skim through the names of the providers of his meshes. Helaene, Marvine and BeosBoxBoy? These are creators who provde FREE meshes for the community to use. And now, thanks to Jackass, I have to PAY MONEY for FREE MESHES that you recolored? I dont pay for shit jackass. I will give you credit you bastard, your recolors are incredibly realistic and I love the styles, however, there are only a handful of your creations that are free. I've emailed you to no avail, i've emailed the creators of your meshes to rat you out  .... dont know whats been done as of yet. I find it very cute that when a FREE creator specifically states "You may recolor my meshes, but link here for credit and DO NOT UPLOAD TO A PAYSITE" you completely ignore it for the sake of cash... Yeah this has been discussed before extensively here... But i'm rattled... |

If someone is going to completly ignore the EULA of a corporation, why not go the whole 9 yards and ignore all creator TOS as well?  I mean, it's just common sense. |

If someone is going to completly ignore the EULA of a corporation, why not go the whole 9 yards and ignore all creator TOS as well? I mean, it's just common sense. You know.. you just might have a point there lol |

actually he has been doing that since the beginning; the mesh creators even contacted him asking him to remove the meshes and yet he continues to do it. It's been, what, almost two years now?
I think the only thing that would make him stop is if his host shuts him down (like last time?) but that would only be temporary--he'll find another free hosting site and just keep doing it as long as people keep paying for his creations. Well technically they are someone elses free copyrighted images slapped onto someone elses free mesh but since he puts his name on it, it must make the creations his :roll:

The problem with doing that is that the sheep WANT to be sheep, they are perfectly fine being led around downloading this or that....totally unaware, and when you do bring it up they ask you not to be rude and keep your opinions to yourself. SORRY.. I have previous underlying issues with the sheep..

Well what ever you call him he won't piss you off that much now. His site has run out of bandwith or some crap and its down I guess. I've also noticed him uploading a lot more to MTS2/Insim/Xm sims.
