Why are we starting to hate the person who runs the site? We don't know anything about him/her? This used to be about the quality of clothing and it's turning into a grudge against someone we don't even know and so far hasn't insulted anyone personally. I am currently a member of Carla Niven. I signed up 2 days ago and the clothes look great in the game. They look exactly like in the photos.  You are joking right?? If not you must be Carla Niven or some friend/relative of hers as that would explain why you "donated". Either that or you are blind. You should show us some pictures of it in game so we can see how amazing they look |

Putting disbelief of an actual, real live Niven subscriber aside...
Regardless of quality, anyone who puts up a brand new site, and expects people to pay $15 A MONTH to access it isn't going to be high on any list of fantastic people. Couple that with the way he/she/it responds to any kind of constructive criticism, and the bizarre fantasy world OF famous designer and ex wife of rock star Wolf Graza, Carla Niven, there's plenty of space for fun poking without guilt there.

You got the famous designer part right... but she's more the Tom Cruise of the sims world, without the legit career before she went insane. I STILL havn't recieved an answer to my e-mail about posting photoshopped images posing as legit screenshots. Not even a denial. Kinda pisses me off, really. |

Andrew being Carla is probably on the money. I know at one point, "Carla" registered a new account, then posted something as Carla (deleting it when "she" realized her mistake) and mentioned the other account name, signing the post Andrew.
It was around the time people were shitting up the carla niven advertising thread saying "15 bucks for that crap" or something on S2C. Maybe august/sept?

My guess is Carla is 12 and just doesn't know any better. I sure hope that's it, if so there is reason to hope her work (and taste) will improve.
