There's a semi-popular (lol internet) guro comic involving people dying/getting maimed/etc in events related to constipation. Apparently, constipation is a rather widespread problem in Japan due to diet and certain aspects of their lifestyle. Or something. How anyone could find themselves aroused by such a thing is beyond me.
Then you have loli-guro, which I think is the worst thing in the history of mankind.

Violent porn is not happy porn at all for me. Porn that involves babies in any way is strange, and I still don't like diapers or any bodily excretions.
I have yet to see any members of a marching band that I thought was attractive, although there's a freshman in my Latin class that plays tuba in the band that's pretty cute. I prefer wrestlers m'self. And JROTC drill team (with arms) members. Mm.
