I don't know.  Maybe she actually re-made the house.  If she does a lot of lots then maybe she did.  Just silly to make a house someone else already made.

That's because a lot of creators like using the male jeans textures that came with Nightlife over and over.  So now we can buy Maxis jeans on a Maxis mesh.

And be sure not to miss any of the great sims in the subscriber area that look to be made of mostly Maxis content.

Just as silly as people who keep making Angelina Jolie sims.

They're are recoloring maxis meshes and charging.
To me, that's even worse than charging for a new one.
Does he "allow" people to recolor his meshes and sell them?
If not ,even though I'm against paysites, I'd love to see someone recolor their meshes and charge.
That would be a nice shitfit to see.

Uh. I just downloaded a zip containing some or all of Carla Niven's stuff. I got it from a friend - she didn't pay for that stuff of course, she got it elsewhere, from SFV I suppose. Btw, this means that there's someone out there who actually paid to get Carla Niven's stuff.
And if someone is willing to pay for those things.. well, everything is possible.
