I am starting to believe that pescado did the right thing even if it is a harsh thing to do, normaly i would not have condoned it.
when i heard what was happening .. especialy since i have paid for items before through some websites, i took back what was mine plus some for interest!

On a related note, a while back I had written to EA Games about the legality of my selling my manipulated screenshots in the form of posters (someone had suggested the idea to me) and I was told that it would be in violation of EA Games's copyright, since I had made that artwork using The Sims 2 game engine.

Basically if it is a screen shot or some how created by the Sims 2 game then it would fall under the copyright policy. If you do sell items for profit then it would break the copyright policy and action could be taken.

of course it would be alot better if it was like a screenshot of the email or looked more email-ish (especially since most companies do that "canned" response thing and that doesnt look "canned")

And to think that shortly (like, two days) before I found this forum, I was considering dona- er, paying Rose because she had a couple of pay hairs I really, really liked. You all have no idea how glad I am I didn't. I don't mind donating to support a site I like, but this is low. And she wants to contact EA? Right. Good luck with that.
