Simbella question

Since we generally bitch and dig up dirt, here's my question.

I've seen references to people getting banned from simbella for filesharing or *simply for disagreeing with mods*?! Could someone give me the juicy details? I'm curious, since I'm a lurker there, but I've never noticed anything like that. I don't read the forums, I'm just there for the files, so I might have missed it.

The people there are always being sugary and extremely nice to each other, which IMHO gets irritating after a while, so I'm interested in their dark side for a change.

There's your problem right there. Fluff. I may be the fluffy piratess, but even I draw the line somewhere. Vomiting sugar is not my idea of fun.
