One thing is perceptions change big time. When you were say 18 even 24 was old. When you hit your 40s anyone under 21 kid. I remember when President Clinton was in office lol I thought oh he's not that old. Old for me would be 72 and up.

Okay, good to know. I thought you seemed too smart for that nonsense! Unfortunately I am very literal and can't always tell when someone is saying something to be silly, or saying it because they mean it - especially as I've also known people who think like that. Hell, we have one right in this thread!
