nope, it takes a man who thinks that's sexy to get a woman to wear those.  Though she must have any of these qualities

1.  She must be too desperate to care
2.  She must also think it's sexy.
3.  She's being forced.

The design is based off the 1940s pinup models.  The idea it to make your foot look as small as possible.  Since americans never caught onto the whole "footbinding" craze... this is an alternative.  I guarantee they wern't made for walking  I hear they compliment males ears

The fetish ballet-style shoe can be walked in if and only if it is a boot that laces up to the knee, and reinforced with steel stays. It helps to have pointe shoe training. Or so I've been told by someone who has worn them - I perfer combat boots, myself.
