nah bbc has had them for some time now so does s2c and TSR is think with them. Don't husrt any ones feeling or make them bad! or the care bears are gona get ya. Care Bears are the same as nutters but with more feelings to hurt. As long as you tell every one happy storys and love all they work they do you are find. If not you will die by care bear.

I believe she is talking about the BBC - the British Broadcasting Corporation. It tends to be called as a huge part of the "liberal controlled media" by people who believe FOX News.

I think she's talking about the BBS too, BlueSoup. Though I still have no clue what point she's trying to make, or how it relates to the topic.
Um, maybe she's complaining that TS2's community is nuts because so much of it insists on huggy lovey behavior? "Care Bear" is a term obnoxious PvPers in MMORPGs use to describe people who don't want to PvP, so I think there's a connection there.

Hell I'm British and watch the BBC all the time (it's a TV channel here) and I'm bloody confused!
