Hello, first post, but I've been reading for quite a bit.

There is a post going on at S2C, about Purple Juice. (http://forums.sims2community.com/showthread.php?t=30982)  Now what I find most ironic, is people repeatedly come here to tell you how rude you are, yet they are practically bashing a site over there, a free one as far as I know.

Whatever you think of the site or its layout is fine (I personally don't care), but come on!  A little hypocritical?  :lol:

Anyway thank you for standing up and making a public statement about pay sites.  The Booty is great and all, but I hope the file sharers ideal becomes the standard of the sims "community", and not the 'Its Mine!  Gimme money' attitude.

Wow, what a bunch of hypocritical gits. There's nothing wrong with that site really, not quite to my taste, the layout's a bit too....frantic....for my liking, but it's not really fair just to completely rip the shit out of it from one side of their mouth, then say we're the last word in evil to complain about sites which have actually done something wrong. I frown.

I find it as ugly and annoying as peggy's site. At least at peggy's it's easy to figure out how to download. Can't say the same for purplepuke ... I mean purplejuice

There is an element of hypocrisy involved though, I think. Or at least double standards. Yes, on reflection, I think it's more a double standard than actual hypocrisy.

Eh, people are individuals.  Unless I see individuals who came here to critisize our bitching doing the exact same over there I wouldn't lump everyone like that, just like I wouldn't want the sheeple to lump us like that.

Other than the obvious retina-torching layout, there's really nothing wrong with it, but the content isn't stuff I'd personally use.
