Reading through the thread over on Sims Cave, it seems what Thoma$$ succeeded in doing, along with pulling the overall community together more firmly, but making yet more neutral people not nearly so neutral.  When the paysite owners -attack- the neutrals, and the pirates are the ones helping?  Well, that's usually enough to do it.

Thing is, there is nothing wrong with being neutral - the real fault is being a paysite.  So....Thoma$$ made an unprovoked attack on a large group of neutral parties - and accused them of sharing his precious payfiles.

That's as stupid as when Drea [did I remember the right name?] attacked MATY and PMDB by saying we host their simstore crap.  Doesn't anyone bother with facts anymore?

His repeated use of 'we' and his past attempts -haha- at "promoting and encouraging" other fansites makes me picture TSR as one of those gigantic Borg cubes (in other words, one of Buntah's boxes that has been flood filled with the TSR logo by Atwa and 'shaped' by Dot), cruising the community and assimilating at will. It would explain the apparent lack of free thought that his remaining followers have shown.
