RSF staff are sort of gathering at Sims Cave - all of this info is from there. Apparently, Carol/Greeksgal (who owns the forum) doesn't agree with what the rest of the staff decided and deleted the entire thing. They've got a backup and are planning on opening back up under a new name.

I've just seen that Greeksgal closed the forum... Unbelieveble... I'm furious. I have no doubt that Jonesi and the rest of the stuff will open again under a new name. Well, luckily it seems there were backups for the forums, so setting back up should be easy enough.
And Pes isn't heartless, he's just curmudgeonly.
I really feel for those folks, and it hits kind of close to home - I got evicted in rl by a so-called friend, with no warning. And really, on an emotional level the situation isn't much different.
