For Sims 3, it is a retexture of the money tree. I don't like how it looks, so this will be real nice to help it fit in better. You can either have green or pink.

I agree with this too,
When you compair the quality of the work done by dedicated modders and then see what the paracites at the paysites produce it's not dificult to tell whose in it for the chalange and love of what their doing and those in it just for the money.

ETA:  I'm really looking forward to when there are some modding tools released for Sims3, hopefully well see a flood of superb content on MTS3 and similar sites.
I wouldn't piss on T$R if it was on fire, mind you I'd happily piss on Thoma$$ just for the hell of it.

If I've understood it correctly, there are also decorative verisons of the items,  which is great for those of us that doesnt make movies or take a lot of pictures (I have discovered I am completely useless at taking pictures - both in real life and in sims! How sad isnt that!). I cant wait to try the items in game!
