There are so many house plans out there, why would anyone feel the need to rip off someone else's? That's pretty lame. Particularly when the end result is worse than the first. Perhaps someone should download both and take a snappy or two of the floor plans. [Not It!] So, has anyone seen CTNutmegger's new cabinets? Anyone got the nice house? It doesn't seem to be in the downloads on the site. I have the other one. I don't really need convincing, but I can do a side by side anyway.

I could not find the original house on that site either to compare. BUt I am going to assume it will be pretty darn close if not the same. Maybe some different furniture.
The only time I ever reuploaded a lot was one I downloaded that looked good outside but I hated the inside. I totally changed the inside layout and re did the landscaping, it barely looked like the same house on the outside and it was not the same inside at all.

thanx karu @myself  ETA: Ok ouch! That lot is closing in on 60mb. The layouts are in fact different. The TSR one has more rooms added upstairs also(admittedly not a bad choice). However, after shrinking the beach house I slid them together and found a perfect match with the placement on the lot. Coincidence? Possibly but not likely. Also this is FAIL!  |

I uploaded my game last night and both homes, but stupid me forgot screen shoots. But anyways the house is the same, the only thing the TSR jerk did was replace CC with non cc, just like we already knew.

Well, I'm going to copy that house for personal use--can't get the smaller beach lots to work in my game  . But even if I were to re-post it (not planing on it) I wouldn't be telling folks it's my original work, and I certainly wouldn't post it on a stinking paysite to help pad my wallet and help Thomas furnish his new house. edt - What I'm trying to say (poorly) is that it's not uncommon for someone to copy someone else's house, for one reason or another; but to take that copy and put it up for download somewhere, under your own name with no credit given, and for pay on top of that, is just low. |

Oh, I like those pants! I've only ever had two or three 'bottom-tops' and I loved them (right up until I deleted them!). Super awesome.
And I'm not much of a horse girl (too preoccupied with the wolves) but I have to admit that those are really pretty. The poly count is surprising low, too. And even custom poses - wow. The creator must have put a lot of love into that!
