Reading the forums. They're getting lot of complaints. The sheeple are not happy. I found this most hilarious from Illiana: It has been only one day since the new change, and there is a LOT of change. Some good, and some bad. So even the FA's think it's crap. |

Oh crap, I am so slow, I go to the TSR to search for something (it was a WCIF) and I am so damn lost, I can't even manage to navigate the damn thing. Do they think that changing their layout will be difficult to take their crap from them? HAHA they haven't met Pescado the right way then. HA fuck ups.

That I found interesting though. They even thank Delphy on that page!  The Page of Hilarious Insincerity also caught my attention, Missbonbon (too little, waaaay too late). I figure they're covering their asses for Sims 3. After all, if user made custom content is allowable, they sure as hell aren't going to be writing the programs. |

Further criticism of my opinion, though.... There's no coordination. At all. What the hell did they do? Squirt colours on every tab and put it up for everyone to coo and aww over how "innovative" and "creative" (Read: Lazy and uncaring. No sane person does the magical rainbow hodgepodge and expects people to splee with joy.) I... I... I have no words. Was TSR ever kid friendly? I was around there during my younger, stupider days (Sims 1, mostly) and they let people upload some of the most questionable outfits I'd seen in fandom then, too. My eyes, they BURN.... |

I don't remember them ever being child friendly, to say the least. In The Sims 1 days it wasn't as much of worry about some outfits because the graphics were not the best in the world, but still, some things were just too showy for a so called PG-13 site.

If EA backs TSR for the sims 3, I'm suing EA for sponsoring and approving a site that is not teen friendly, for violating their rating. I'm not a prude, but when MTS2 isn't linked because its -adult- but smutty TSR is? WTF?

OK, when did we decide that EA was going to give TSR a monopoly?  I suggest that TSR might feel panicked because their cash cow is on it's last legs, and somehow by degrees it turns into TSR is in a Mongolian Cluster Fuck with EA. No one has given any real proof that EA has any intention of doing this. I don't like either EA or TSR, but that doesn't mean they're in bed together. I don't know who was invited to what Sims3 party, but they did the same thing for Sims2 and it didn't result in anything like this. It's just another publicity stunt. Running around screaming the sky is falling only gets you into a stew. |
