Probably not that long actually. I have had hair that long in the past, and my hair is still described as 'too long' by most people, though it's not long enough to sit on at the moment. 10ish minutes for washing and 5ish for brushing every day is my average, and I don't bother drying it, I just sleep with wet hair. </end random info no one wanted to know.>

I remember seeing stuff from something called Tenchi Mayonnaise or something where apparently all the styles were made with said condiment. It was scarey.
And, yeah, I think she's using both anime and nose-bleed high fashion styles for her inspiration.
But you can take my opinions with a grain of salt. I'm just ending two days of enforced internet withdrawal due to AT&T stupidity.
