OMG that hair looks like something off of sims 1 that might have been considered decent. But this is sims 3 and that was just plain terrible. I wouldn't download that if it were the only hair other than maxis. Must bleach eyes.

The person who was posting the newspaper bags, hair, earrings and so on seems to be uploading them to MTS as well, so I'm calling that they're not switching to TSR but instead are just backing their creations up on different places. Though, after hearing what I've heard about TSR, I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole as a backup site.
