I’m going to start out with this quote, so there’s no mixing up of issues. This is the post, I’m responding to.
You stupid bitch. He was convicted of raping my CHILD. He won't be getting out for a few more years and then his goddamn ass will be deported and hopefully killed in his own country for what he has done. Flinging shit around about people that have been there, seen that and had to go through serious therapy on their own behalf because of what it did to their own minds and know what they're talking about because they've studied the habits of monsters like these so it doesn't happen again is stupid. Then again, what else can one expect from someone that doesn't understand what goes on. I am a morally responsible person and that person known as evi comes off as a sick individual. If I didn't give a damn about people possibly being contaminated by such a one, I wouldn't say a word. I will never ever use the search button here to look for information about people’s private lives. I will search for information about paysites and debates about paysites, because this place is about paysites. This place is not about people’s private lives – not yours, Paden, not anyone else’s – so I will never spend time searching for information about it here. Talk about thinking you're a special snowflake!
Then for anybody out there who still thinks it’s cool to speculate that Evi is obsessed with children and therefore a pedophile. Consider these things:
My mother is obsessed with children. She loves them, adores them and can’t keep away from them no matter whose they are and where she meets them. She does charity work to help children and she says that if she could relive her life she would change her career to something do to do with helping children. If she made clothes for The Sims, she would make clothes for children only.
My mother is no pedophile. I assure you.
As for the claim of obsession: A good portion of Evie’s clothes aren’t for children or toddlers. I’m not about to go through all her creations, but if you look through the first 10 pages, the score is that 50 out of 177 outfits – or almost a third – are for adults and teens. Not a sign of an all-consuming obsession with children in my book.
On those 10 pages there are no even remotely pornographic outfits for children whatsoever. There is a series of eight sleepwear girl outfits with bare midriffs that I find cute rather than ‘debasing’ - which I believe was the term used in this thread about them. There are some quite normal swim suits. There are three everyday outfits for girls with bare midriffs and there are three outfits with a short dress and long boots instead of leggings underneath it. Sure they aren’t Victorian, but I think you’d have to be pretty prude to be offended by them. Around here you often see little girls dressed like that – probably by their mothers who most likely aren’t pedophiles either.
To sum it up: I don’t think you even have enough to call Evie ‘creepy’ as suggested, but it’s one hell of a lot better than pedophile which is what this began with.
The above is called research. It would suit a number of people here if they did some research before flinging out accusations instead of just going on what things seem to be and what everyone else says.

Finally, tjstreak, others have already made a number of very valid points about your statements, so I’ll just say this: You need to remember that there are many kinds of pirates. There are people here (or at least there used to be) who are against paysites, but who won’t download stuff from the booty. Because it’s crap, because they can’t be bothered or because they destroy paysites by simply avoiding them. Because they don’t care about having paysite stuff in their games and because they want it or need it. Destroying paysites is not necessarily about greed. It’s also very much about principles.
